Process Flow

1. Raw Material Preparation charcoal powder screened and moisture adjusted

2. Feeding System screw/auger feeds material into pellet mill

3. Pelletizing rollers compress material through die holes

4. Cooling & Screening hot pellets cooled to room temperature, fines removed

5. Bagging & Storage pellets packed for commercial use
